钢包全程加盖技术的应用实践

摘要 萍安钢铁湘东炼钢厂在引进和使用钢包全程加盖技术过程中,解决了钢包翻渣后不能自动复位的难题,设计了钢包灌砂装置,提高了钢水自动开浇率,优化了钢包盖锚固件焊接、耐火材料选择、打结工艺,使用了均热式包盖烘烤器,使得包盖寿命大幅提升,实现了钢包全程加盖技术的正常使用。该技术的应用提高了系统钢水强度的稳定性,转炉出钢温度平均降低约10℃,并取消了钢包在线煤气烘烤工艺,现场作业环境也得到有效改善,为降铁水比提高了有利条件。 In the process of introducing and using the full ladle capping technology at Ping'an Iron and Steel Xiangdong Steelmaking Plant,the problem of automatic resetting of the ladle after slag overturning was solved.A ladle sand filling device was designed to improve the automatic pouring rate of molten steel,optimize the welding of ladle cover anchor parts,refractory material selection,and knotting process,and use a uniform heating ladle cover baking device to increase the lifespan of the ladle cover.The normal use of the full process capping technology for the ladle has been achieved.The application of this technology has improved the stability of the system's molten steel strength,reduced the average tapping temperature of the converter by about 10℃,and eliminated the online gas baking process of the ladle.The on-site working environment has also been effectively improved,providing favorable conditions for reducing the iron to liquid ratio.
