Jianshan Iron Mine has developed a concentrate unloading device for a wet drum magnetic separator,with a focus on elaborating the design scheme and implementation application methods of this device.The application practice has shown that this device can adjust the water supply pressure and the outlet angle of the unloading water pipe and the magnetic drum at different positions,and is conducive to timely dredging and maintenance.It can effectively wash the surface concentrate of the magnetic separator drum,improve the separation effect of the magnetic separator,extend the service life of the magnetic drum drum,and achieve significant economic benefits.
