摘要
针对31102回撤通道顶板岩体承载能力差、遇水膨胀弱化、顶板淋水以及采动动压等影响带来的围岩控制难度高问题,依据回撤通道现场实际情况,提出综合采用锚网索+顶板注浆+垛式支架补强方式控制回撤通道围岩变形,对回撤通道围岩支护技术方案进行详细设计并进行工程应用。结果表明:采用围岩控制技术可有效解决顶板岩体承载能力差、遇水变形以及采动压力等问题,采面与回撤通道贯通期间回撤通道围岩始终保持稳定,未有冒顶、片帮等征兆,期间顶板、巷帮最大变形量分别为26.3 mm、33.1 mm,可满足回撤通道使用需要。
In response to the high difficulty in controlling the surrounding rock caused by the poor bearing capacity of the roof rock mass of the 31102 evacuation channel,weakened expansion when encountering water,roof water spraying,and the influence of mining dynamic pressure,based on the actual situation of the evacuation channel on site,a comprehensive method of anchor mesh cable,roof grouting,and pile support reinforcement is proposed to control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the evacuation channel.A detailed design and engineering application of the support technology scheme for the surrounding rock of the evacuation channel are carried out.The results show that the adopted surrounding rock control technology measures can effectively solve the problems of poor bearing capacity of the roof rock mass,deformation when encountering water,and mining pressure.During the connection between the mining face and the withdrawal channel,the surrounding rock of the withdrawal channel remains stable without signs of roof fall or rock fragmentation.During this period,the maximum deformation of the roof and roadway sides is 26.3 mm and 33.1 mm,respectively,which can meet the needs of the withdrawal channel.
