日钢异型坯结晶器液面波动机理分析

摘要 针对日钢异型坯出现的结晶器液面波动问题,研究其产生机理并进行了系统地理论分析。通过一系列的试验调整和效果跟踪,最终实现对结晶器液面的稳定控制,解决异型坯拉速再提升的瓶颈问题。 In this paper,aiming at the problem of liquid level fluctuation of the beam blank in Rizhao steel,the generating mechanism was studied and a systematic theoretical analysis was carried out.Through a series of experimental adjustment and effect tracking,the stability control of the liquid level of the crystallizer was finally realized and the bottleneck problem of the re-promotion of the casting speed of the shaped billet was solved.
