摘要
针对高线小规格硬线钢在斯太尔摩风冷线上倒插问题的产生,导致生产线作业率和成材率下降等问题,通过调整吐丝机设备安装及参数,合理分配散冷辊道参数及设备,确保高线小规格硬线钢在斯太尔摩风冷线上的稳定性,进而提高了成品质量。
In response to the problem of reverse insertion of small size hard wire steel for high-speed wire on the Stelmor air cooling line,which has led to a decrease in production line operation rate and yield rate,the installation and parameters of the wire drawing machine equipment are adjusted,and the parameters and equipment of the scattered cooling roller are reasonably distributed to ensure the stability of small size hard wire steel for high-speed wire on the Stelmor air cooling line,thereby improving the quality of the finished product.
