大姜播种机液压系统设计及联合仿真分析

摘要 针对现有大姜播种机具作业效率低下等问题,提出一种双行大姜联合播种机及其配套液压系统设计方案,阐述液压系统驱动整机工作原理。同时,基于播种机整机结构建立了动力学模型,并通过理论分析确立液压系统关键参数。构建了AMESim液压回路仿真模型,并利用FMI接口实现机液联合仿真数据交换。通过联合仿真,模拟了大姜播种机的运行状态,结果表明:该液压系统可在500 N偏载载荷状态下实现同步作业及在较大负载变化下实现顺序控制,且执行部件所受最大应力仅为67.07 MPa,该机具可在较为复杂的情况下保证顺利工作。 Aiming at the problems of low operation efficiency of existing ginger seeding machines,a double-row ginger combined seeding machine and its supporting hydraulic system design scheme was proposed,and the working principle of the hydraulic system driving the whole machine was expounded.At the same time,a dynamic model were established based on the whole structure of the seeding machine,the key parameters of the hydraulic system were established through theoretical analysis.The AMESim hydraulic circuit simulation model was constructed,and the FMI interface was used to realize the exchange of machine-hydraulic co-simulation data.Through co-simulation,the operation state of the ginger planter was simulated.The results show that the hydraulic system can realize synchronous operation under 500 N eccentric load state and realize sequential control under large load changes,and the maximum stress on the execution components is only 67.07 MPa,which shows that the machine can work smoothly under more complicated conditions.
