摘要
数字经济为高质量发展赋予了新动能。对于微观企业,数字化是一项全方位、关键性的转型升级,对人力资本提出更高要求,变革其管理流程和模式,影响生产经营的技术支持,而这些都是影响劳动生产率的重要因素。数字化能够赋能企业劳动生产率提升,其实现机制在于,企业数字化转型通过促进人力资本结构升级、提高企业管理效率及增强企业创新能力,进而提高劳动生产率。数字化转型对企业劳动生产率的影响存在异质性,主要在非国有企业、技术密集型和资本密集型企业以及市场化程度较低地区的企业中更为明显。
The digital economy has given new impetus to high-quality development.For micro enterprises,digitalization is an all-round key transformation and upgrading which puts forward higher requirements for human capital,changes their management processes and modes,and affects the technical support of production and operation,all of which are important factors affecting labor productivity.Digitalization can empower enterprises to improve their labor productivity,and its realization mechanism is that enterprises'digital transformation can improve labor productivity by promoting the upgrading of human capital structure,improving enterprise management efficiency and enhancing enterprise innovation ability.The impact of digital transformation on enterprise labor productivity is heterogeneous,which is more obvious mainly in non-stateowned enterprises,technology-intensive and capital-intensive enterprises,and enterprises in regions with a low marketization degree.
