基于Power BI数据的药品集采工作探析

目的:利用Power BI软件监测解放军第九六〇医院历次国家组织集中带量采购中选药品的临床科室使用及任务完成情况,进而形成动态管理,为落实国家集中带量采购工作提供有力的数据支撑,为指导临床合理用药提供参考。方法:根据临床科室既往的药品使用情况,对各科室进行集采药品任务量分配,定期监测临床科室集采药品的任务完成进度,同时监测同类可替代药品的用量,通过Power BI软件可视化的图表展示,使集采药品的任务完成情况及同类可替代药品的使用情况明晰化。结果:通过对HIS系统的药品使用数据的提取分析,并且利用Power BI软件的可视化功能,将集采药品及同类可替代药品的使用完成情况通过10个维度进行展示分析,查看是否存在二次换药及处方转移等情况,加强与临床科室的沟通交流,督促医师优先使用集采药品,实现在采购周期内完成约定采购量。结论:利用信息化数据分析工具,对集采药品使用情况进行监测与分析,不仅是保证集采任务量完成的前提,还是对临床用药经济性进行评价的手段。

OBJECTIVE In this study,Power BI software was used to monitor the use of drug and task completion progress of clinical departments in all previous practices of national drug centralized procurement,so as to form dynamic management,provide powerful data support for the implementation of national drug centralized procurement and offer reference for guiding clinical rational drug use.METHODS According to the previous use of drugs in clinical departments,the task volume of centralized drug procurement of each clinical department was allocated,the task completion progress of centralized drug procurement of each clinical department was monitored regularly,and the dosage of similar substitutable drugs was monitored.By using visualized chart display provided by Power BI software,the task completion progress of centralized drug procurement as well as the use of similar substitutable drugs could be known at a glance.RESULTS Through the extraction and analysis of the drug use data from HIS system and using the visualization function of Power BI software,the use of centrally procured drugs and similar substitutable drugs was demonstrated and analyzed from ten dimensions,so as to check whether there was second drug change or prescription transfer.By strengthening the communication with clinical departments,doctors were urged to give priority to the use of centrally procured drugs,and complete the agreed procurement amount within the procurement cycle.CONCLUSION Using information data analysis tools to monitor and analyze the use of centrally procured drugs is not only a prerequisite to ensure the completion of centralized drug procurement tasks,but also a means to evaluate the economy of clinical use of centrally procured drugs.
