尼莫地平联合依达拉奉治疗脑出血后缺血性脑损害的临床疗效及神经功能情况观察

Clinical efficacy and neurological function of Nimodipine combined with Edaravone in the treatment of ischemic brain injury after cerebral hemorrhage

摘要 目的研究分析脑出血后缺血性脑损害采取尼莫地平联合依达拉奉治疗的临床疗效及神经功能情况。方法选取广东省高州市人民医院2021年5月-2022年12月期间收治的76例脑出血后缺血性脑损害患者作为研究对象,以随机抽签法分为观察组(n=38,采取尼莫地平联合依达拉奉治疗)和对照组(n=38,采取依达拉奉治疗)。对比两组的临床疗效。结果从两组的临床疗效、神经功能缺损、日常生活能力、血清炎症因子水平、氧化应激指标水平和不良反应发生情况方面进行比较,在采用不同用药方案治疗后,观察组的治疗总有效率、BI评分、SOD指标水平均高于对照组,NIHSS评分、CRP、TNF-α、IL-8、MDA指标水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论在脑出血后缺血性脑损害的临床治疗中,与单纯的依达拉奉治疗相比,依达拉奉联合尼莫地平的疗效更为明显,能够降低血清炎症因子水平,改善机体的氧化应激反应,且用药安全性良好。 Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy and neurological function of nimodipine combined with edaravone in the treatment of ischemic brain injury after cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 76 patients with ischemic brain damage after intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and divided into observation group(n=38,Nimodipine combined with Edaravone treatment)and control group(n=38,Edaravone treatment)by random drawing method.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result The two groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,neurological impairment,ability of daily living,serum levels of inflammatory factors,levels of oxidative stress indexes and occurrence of adverse reactions.After drug treatment,the total effective rate,BI score and SOD index levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The levels of NIHSS score,CRP,TNF-α,IL-8 and MDA were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of ischemic brain damage after cerebral hemorrhage,compared with Edaravone alone,Nimodipine combined with nimodipine is more effective,can reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,improve the body's oxidative stress response,and has good safety.
