PCT、SAA、hs-CRP在肺部感染患者血清中的表达及对病情程度的评估作用

The expression of PCT,SAA,and hs-CRP in the serum of patients with pulmonary infection and their role in assessing the degree of disease

目的探讨降钙素原(PCT)、淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在肺部感染患者血清中的表达及对病情严重程度的评估作用。方法选取2021年9月-2023年3月收治的58例肺部感染患者为观察组,另选同期入院体检的58例健康者为对照组,采集两组对象血液样本,测定并比较两组对象血清PCT、SAA、hs-CRP水平。根据临床肺部感染指数(CPIS)将观察组患者分为轻症与重症,比较轻症、重症患者血清PCT、SAA、hs-CRP水平。采用Pearson相关系数分析CPIS评分与血清PCT、SAA、hs-CRP水平的相关性。结果观察组血清PCT、SAA、hs-CRP水平相较于对照组明显更高(P<0.05);观察组重症患者血清PCT、SAA、hs-CRP水平相较于轻症患者明显更高(P<0.05);Pearson相关系数分析显示,CPIS评分与血清PCT、SAA、hs-CRP水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论PCT、SAA、hs-CRP在肺部感染患者血清中呈异常高表达,且重症患者较轻症患者指标水平更高,PCT、SAA、hs-CRP表达与肺部感染病情程度有密切关联。

Objective To investigate the expression of procalcitonin(PCT),amyloid A(SAA)and hypersensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP)in serum of patients with lung infection and their role in assessing the severity of the disease.Methods A total of 58 patients with lung infection admitted from September 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 58 healthy patients admitted for physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group,and blood samples from the two groups were collected to measure and compare the serum PCT,SAA,and hs-CRP levels of the two groups.According to the clinical pulmonary infection index(CPIS),the observation group was divided into mild and severe,and the serum PCT,SAA,and hs-CRP levels of mild and severe patients were compared.The Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlation between CPIS score and serum PCT,SAA,and hsCRP levels.Results Compared with the control group,serum PCT,SAA and hs-CRP levels in the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05),and the serum PCT,SAA and hs-CRP levels in severe patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in mild patients(P<0.05);Pearson and the analysis of the correlation coefficient showed that the CPIS score was positively correlated with serum PCT,SAA and hs-CRP levels(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of PCT,SAA and hs-CRP in the serum of patients with pulmonary infection is abnormally high,and the index level of patients with mild severe disease is higher,and the expression of PCT,SAA and hs-CRP is closely related to the degree of lung infection.
