慢性肾小球肾炎患者心理痛苦现状及其相关影响因素分析

Psychological distress of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis and its related influencing factors

目的分析慢性肾小球肾炎(CGN)患者心理痛苦现状及其相关影响因素。方法选取广东医科大学附属医院2020年2月-2023年3月收治的118例CGN患者,用心理痛苦温度计(DT)评估患者心理痛苦水平,调查患者一般资料,分析CGN患者心理痛苦水平的相关影响因素。结果118例CGN患者DT评分为(5.13±1.25)分,患者心理痛苦水平中等;经多元线性回归分析检验显示,初中及以下学历、家庭人均月收入<4000元、睡眠障碍、家庭功能障碍、希望水平低下是CGN患者心理痛苦水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论CGN患者心理痛苦水平中等,受学历、家庭人均月收入、睡眠质量、家庭功能、希望水平因素影响,可根据因素进行针对性护理,以期降低患者心理痛苦水平。

Objective To analyze the status quo and related influencing factors of psychological distress in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN).Methods A total of 118 CGN patients admitted to the hospital from February 2020 to March 2023 were selected.The psychological pain thermometer(DT)was used to evaluate the psychological pain level of the patients,investigate the general data of the patients,and analyze the related influencing factors of the psychological pain level of the CGN patients.Results The DT score of 118 CGN patients was(5.13±1.25),and the level of psychological distress was moderate.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that junior high school education or below,per capita family income<4000 yuan,sleep disorder,family dysfunction,and low hope level were the influencing factors of psychological distress level in CGN patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of psychological distress in CGN patients is moderate,which is affected by educational background,family per capita monthly income,sleep quality,family function and hope level.Targeted care can be provided according to these factors in order to reduce the level of psychological distress in patients.
