叙事护理联合AIDET沟通模式对居家慢性心力衰竭患者治疗配合度及心理状态的影响

Effect of narrative nursing combined with AIDET communication mode on treatment cooperation and mental state of patients with chronic heart failure at home

目的分析叙事护理联合AIDET沟通模式对居家慢性心力衰竭患者治疗配合度及心理状态的影响。方法选择2020年10月-2021年10月治疗出院后在家康复的居家CHF患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组(n=50例,叙事护理联合AIDET沟通模式)和对照组(n=50例,常规护理联合传统沟通模式),观察两组患者治疗配合度、心理状态、生活质量、护理满意度、出院后3个月内及6个月内再次住院率。结果干预前,两组SAS、SDS、MLHFQ评分无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,两组SAS、SDS、MLHFQ评分变化显著且研究组得分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组治疗配合度、护理满意度明显更高(P<0.05),研究组出院后3个月内、6个月内再次住院率明显更低(P<0.05)。结论叙事护理联合AIDET沟通模式运用于居家CHF患者护理效果显著,可显著提高患者的治疗配合度和护理满意度,改善患者的心理状态,提高生活质量,降低再次住院率,值得临床大力推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of narrative nursing combined with AIDET communication mode on the degree of cooperation and mental state of patients with chronic heart failure at home.Method Home CHF patients recovering at home after treatment and discharge from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into study group(n=50 cases,narrative nursing combined with AIDET communication mode)and control group(n=50 cases,conventional nursing combined with traditional communication mode).Treatment cooperation,mental state,quality of life,nursing satisfaction,and re-hospitalization rate within 3 months and 6 months after discharge were observed in the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in SAS,SDS and MLHFQ scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the SAS,SDS and MLHFQ scores of the two groups were significantly changed,and the scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment cooperation and nursing satisfaction of the study group were significantly higher(P<0.05),and the rehospitalization rate of the study group was significantly lower within 3 months and 6 months after discharge(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of narrative nursing combined with AIDET communication mode in nursing care of patients with CHF at home has significant effects,which can significantly improve the degree of cooperation and nursing satisfaction of patients,improve the psychological state of patients,improve the quality of life,reduce the rate of re-hospitalization,worthy of clinical promotion.
