慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期应用清气化痰丸加减治疗的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of Qingqi Huatan Wan in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期应用清气化痰丸加减治疗的临床效果。方法选取2022年2月-2023年3月于江阴市中医外科医院就诊的66例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组均为33例。对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察组在对照组基础上联合清气化痰丸加减治疗。比较并分析两组患者中医证候积分、肺功能、动脉血气分析指标以及炎症因子水平。结果治疗后,观察组患者中医证候积分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者肺功能指标显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者动脉血气分析指标显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者血清炎症因子水平显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用清气化痰丸加减治疗在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者治疗中疗效确切,可以有效缓解患者临床症状,改善患者肺功能及血气,有效减轻炎症反应,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qingqi Huatan Wan in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 66 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital from February 2022 to March 2023 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Qingqi Huatan Wan.TCM syndrome score,lung function,blood gas analysis and inflammatory factor levels were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results TCM syndrome score of observation group was significantly lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the lung function indexes of observation group were significantly better than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Arterial blood gas analysis indexes of observation group were significantly better than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of serum inflammatory factors in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingqi Huatan Wan is effective in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.It can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve lung function and blood gas,and effectively reduce inflammatory response,which has high clinical application value.
