藤黄健骨胶囊联合布洛芬缓释胶囊对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛程度及腰椎活动度的影响

Effect of Tenghuang Jiangu capsule and Ibuprofen sustained release capsule on pain degree and lumbar activity in patients with lumbar disc herniation

目的探究藤黄健骨胶囊联合布洛芬缓释胶囊对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者疼痛程度及腰椎活动度的影响。方法选取2021年1月-2023年1月南昌市新建区人民医院接收的82例LDH患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法为原则,按1∶1比例平均分为对照组(n=41)、观察组(n=41);两组均接受常规治疗,基于此,对照组口服布洛芬缓释胶囊,观察组在对照组基础上联合藤黄健骨胶囊治疗,治疗3周;于治疗前、后比较两组疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分(VAS)]、腰椎功能[Oswestry障碍指数(ODI)]、腰椎活动度。结果治疗后,两组VAS、ODI评分均下降,且观察组较对照组低,有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗后,两组腰椎前屈、后伸等各方向活动度均提高,且观察组较对照组高,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论藤黄健骨胶囊联合布洛芬缓释胶囊应用于LDH患者中,可减轻患者疼痛程度,提高腰椎功能及活动度。

Objective To explore the effect of Tenghuang Jiangu capsule combined with Ibuprofen sustained-release capsule on pain degree and lumbar mobility in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Method 82 LDH patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=41)and an observation group(n=41)in a 1∶1 ratio using the random number table method;all patients received routine treatment.based on this,the control group took Ibuprofen sustained-release capsule orally,and the observation group combined with Tenghuang Jiangu capsule for 3 weeks;before and after treatment,two groups were compared in terms of pain intensity[Visual Analog Scale(VAS)],lumbar function[Oswestry Dysfunction Index(ODI)],and lumbar range of motion.Result After treatment,the VAS and ODI scores of both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05);after treatment,the range of motion in various directions such as lumbar flexion and extension increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Tenghuang Jiangu capsule combined with Ibuprofen sustained-release capsule can reduce pain and improve lumbar function and mobility in patients with LDH.
