摘要
郁证是危害人类健康的精神类心理疾病,发病率呈逐年上升趋势,成为导致人类死亡和致残的第二大类疾病,很大程度上影响着患者的生活质量,给家庭和社会带来沉重的负担。西药对郁证治疗具有一定效果,但长期服药易产生耐药性、撤药反应等副作用,因此寻找一种绿色、简便与疗效显著的方法成为亟待解决的问题。子午流注针法是根据天人相应理论,结合天干地支五行生克、气血盛衰规律等作为取穴的依据,随着“时间医学”热潮的兴起,子午流注针刺法的科学价值及临床疗效也得到人们的关注与认可,故本研究主要对子午流注理论关于针刺治疗心脾两虚型郁证的相关性概述、临床应用及作用机制进行探讨,为临床治疗郁证提供理论依据。
Depression syndrome is a kind of mental illness that harms human health,and its incidence rate is increasing year by year.It is becoming the second largest disease that leads to human death and disability,which greatly affects life quality of patients and brings a heavy burden to families and society.Western medicine has a certain effect on the treatment of depression,but long-term medication is easy to produce side effects,including drug resistance and withdrawal reaction,so finding a favorable,simple and effective method has become an urgent problem to be solved.Ziwu Liuzhu(midnight-midday ebb flow)acupuncture chooses acupoints based on the theory of correspondence between human and nature,combined with heavenly stems and earthly branches,mutual generation and inhibition of five phases,as well as waxing and waning of Qi and blood.With the upsurge of‘time medicine’,the scientific value and the clinical efficacy of Ziwu Liuzhu acupuncture have also been recognized.Therefore,this study mainly discussed the correlation,clinical application and mechanism of Ziwu Liuzhu acupuncture in treatment of depression with deficiency of Heart and Spleen,providing a theoretical basis for clinical treatment of the disease.
