针刺调控内源性大麻素系统抗抑郁机制研究进展

Research Progress on Anti-Depressant Mechanism of Acupuncturethrough Regulating Endogenous Cannabinoid System

抑郁症是临床常见的精神障碍疾病,针刺具有显著的抗抑郁作用,但作用机制仍不明确,因此,可能限制针刺抗抑郁的进一步发展。研究发现,内源性大麻素系统在调控抑郁症的发生发展过程中具有重要作用,且针刺对大麻素系统有明显的调控作用。本研究通过检索近5年关于针刺调控内源性大麻素系统抗抑郁的相关研究,从内源性大麻素系统调节神经环路、神经递质传递、HPA轴与海马神经元功能等方面,分析针刺调控大麻素系统抗抑郁的作用机制,为针刺调控内源性大麻素系统抗抑郁的研究提供新的视角。

Depression is a common clinical mental disease.Acupuncture has a significant anti-depression effect,but its mechanism of action is still unclear,which limits the further development of acupuncture in treatment of depression.Studies have found that the endogenous cannabinoid system plays an important role in regulating the occurrence and development of depression,and acupuncture has a significant regulatory effect on the endogenous cannabinoid system.This study reviewed the relevant anti-depressant studies of acupuncture regulating endocannabinoid system in the past five years.It analyzed the anti-depressant mechanism of acupuncture in regulating cannabinoid system in terms of endogenous cannabinoid system adjusting neural circuits,neurotransmitters pass,HPA axis and hippocampal neurons function,which provided a new angle for the anti-depressant researches of acupuncture through regulating endogenous cannabinoid system.
