摘要
混合动力车由于新增电驱动相关零部件,对散热系统提出新的要求,其中的动力电池更是工作温度上限仅55℃,常规的散热系统无法满足其要求。介绍由电动压缩机、电池冷却器、冷凝器等零部件组成的电池冷却系统。借鉴传统空调系统开发的经验及流程,完成电池冷却系统的开发。在实车验证过程中,发现系统设计的台架测试工况、系统控制策略及热负荷计算匹配等问题,针对问题进行改进,改进后的系统消除初始设计的各项问题,并且能够满足系统散热的需求。本文的研究成果可对后续电池冷却系统的开发提供指导。
Due to the addition of electric drive related components,hybrid vehicles have put forward new requirements for the heat dissipation system.Among them,the upper limit of the operating temperature of the power battery is only 55℃,and conventional heat dissipation systems cannot meet its requirements.Introduce a battery cooling system composed of electric compressors,battery coolers,condensers,and other components.Drawing on the experience and process of traditional air conditioning system development,complete the development of battery cooling system.During the actual vehicle verification process,issues such as bench testing conditions,system control strategy,and heat load calculation matching in the system design were identified and improved.The improved system eliminated various issues in the initial design and was able to meet the heat dissipation requirements of the system.The research results can provide guidance for the development of subsequent battery cooling systems.
