摘要
首先以16挡AMT重型商用车为研究对象,利用Simulink和GT-SUITE建立整车联合仿真模型,然后基于C-WTVC标准工况,以最佳燃油经济性为目标,应用多目标优化算法NSGA-Ⅱ对换挡因子寻优,建立起Simulink-GT的整车联合仿真寻优体系,最终实现基于多目标优化的换挡因子智能寻优,获得最佳经济性换挡规律。
Firstly,a 16 speed AMT heavy-duty commercial vehicle is taken as the research object,and a joint simulation model for the entire vehicle is established using Simulink and GT-SUITE.Then,based on the C-WTVC standard operating conditions,with the goal of optimal fuel economy,the multi-objective optimization algorithm NSGA-Ⅱ is applied to optimize the shift factors,establishing a Simulink-GT joint simulation optimization system for the entire vehicle,and ultimately achieving intelligent optimization of shift factors based on multi-objective optimization to obtain the optimal economic shift pattern.
