车用电动空调压缩机控制器效率提升研究

摘要 车用电动空调压缩机的应用随着市场上混动车辆和新能源汽车的发展变得越来越广泛,与传统驱动压缩机相比,电动空调压缩机有着无可替代的位置。从电动空调压缩机的工作原理入手,通过优化控制器的软硬件以及调整控制器算法策略来提高电动空调压缩机的效率,并通过试验验证,对比分析验证结果,最终找出最优方法。 The application of electric air conditioning compressors for vehicles has become increasingly widespread with the development of hybrid vehicles and new energy vehicles in the market.Compared to traditional drive compressors,electric air conditioning compressors have an irreplaceable position.The article starts with the working principle of the electric air conditioning compressor,improves the efficiency of the electric air conditioning compressor by optimizing the software and hardware of the controller and adjusting the algorithm strategy of the controller.Through experimental verification and comparative analysis of the verification results,the optimal method is ultimately found.
