摘要
分析了复杂恶劣工况下取料机头部拉杆结构的受力及应力,针对北方冬季低温的特殊情况及实际运行中的结构受损问题,提出优化改进设计。实际应用表明,该优化设计可提升设备安全运行性能。
The stress and stress of the head tie rod structure of the reclaimer under complex harsh working conditions is analyzed.Aiming at the special situation of low temperature in northern winter and the structural damage in the actual operation,the optimization and improvement design is proposed.The actual use effect shows it can improve the safe operation performance of the equipment.
