摘要
传统的电动铁楔只能使用在岸边集装箱起重机和轨道式龙门起重机(轮径800 mm)上,而轮胎式龙门起重机轮径1800 mm,同时要求铁楔提升高度达到100 mm,旧式防风铁楔无法在轮胎式龙门起重机上使用。给出了一种轮胎式龙门起重机电动防风铁楔设计方案,阐述了其电动防风铁楔结构、防风能力计算、电动防风铁楔控制系统;通过技术改造,电动防风铁楔可以在轮胎吊上替代原有的橡胶楔,并实现自动控制,达到防风目的。
Traditional electric iron wedge can only be used on quayside container cranes and rail mounted gantry cranes(with a wheel diameter of 800 mm).While tire mounted gantry cranes have a wheel diameter of 1800 mm and require an iron wedge lifting height of 100 mm.The old windproof iron wedge cannot be used on tire mounted gantry cranes.A design scheme for an electric windproof iron wedge of a tire mounted gantry crane was proposed.Its structure,calculation of windproof capacity,and control system of the electric windproof iron wedge were elaborated;through technological transformation,the electric windproof iron wedge can replace the original rubber wedge on the tire crane and achieve automatic control to achieve windproof effect.
