Multiple Working Condition Quick Switching System of Portal Crane Based on Intelligent Control

针对港口门座起重机为满足多种货物装卸要求需配置不同装卸工属具的问题,研发一种门座起重机多工况快速切换系统。该系统借助吊具电缆卷筒将机械抓斗、吊钩、液压抓斗、电磁吸盘、集装箱吊具多种工属具和吊具电缆进行连接转换,通过工况选择开关和PLC程序,全自动智能地在不同货物不同工况间快速切换,可为一机多工况实现多种类货物装卸提供解决方案。

To meet the requirements for loading and unloading of various goods,port portal crane needs to be equipped with different loader attachments.Aiming at the problem,a portal crane multiple working condition switching system is developed.With the help of spreader cable reel,the system connects and converts a variety of fixtures and spreader cables,like mechanical grab,hook,hydraulic grab,electromagnetic suction cup,and container spreader.It automatically and intelligently switches between different working conditions and different cargoes through the working condition selector switch and PLC program,which can provide a solution for one machine with multiple working condition to realize the handling of multiple types of cargoes.
