以法治思维为核心的大学生诉求表达引导规范研究

随着数字技术的发展,大学生通过互联网表达诉求,主张话语权的事件呈频发态势。“网络治校”事件从偶发现象演变成热点问题,给高校思想政治教育工作带来机遇和挑战。大学生倾向借助网络的原因在于个体权利意识的觉醒、表达方式个性多样,以及校生诉求沟通机制的错位失衡。在全面推进依法治国的时代背景下,应当引导规范大学生诉求表达须以法治思维为核心,加强网络意识形态治理,注重培育学生权利义务观、理性意识和程序意识,德法兼治,落实立德树人的根本任务。

With the development of digital technology,college students express their appeals through the Internet and incidents of claiming the right to speak are frequent.The"network governance"event has evolved from an occasional phenomenon to a hot issue,bringing opportunities and challenges to the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities.The reason why college students tend to use the Internet lies in the awakening of individual rights awareness,the diversity of expression methods,and the dislocation and imbalance of the communication mechanism for school students′appeals.Internet ideology governance focuses on cultivating students′views on rights and obligations,rational awareness and procedural awareness,governing both morality and law,and implementing the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue.
