扩大消费与供给侧改革有机结合推动经济高质量发展

Integrating Consumption Expansion with Supply Side Reform to Promote High Quality Development

党的二十大报告提出,应“实施扩大内需战略同深化供给侧结构性改革有机结合”,进一步推动高质量发展。依据党的二十大报告和习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,立足马克思主义经济理论和宏观经济学供需理论,结合国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环的新发展格局和国内外经济形势,应在构建新发展格局过程中注重扩大消费与供给侧改革的有机联系,以供给侧改革引领和创造新需求,以扩大有效需求为动力进一步拉动供给结构改革,从供需两侧发力促进经济高质量发展。

The Report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes that the implementation of the strategy of expanding domestic demand should be organically combined with the deepening of supply side structural reform to further promote high-quality development.Combined with Report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,based on Marxist economic theory and macroeconomic supply and demand theory,combined with the new development pattern of domestic and international cycles,we should pay attention to expanding the organic connection between consumption and supply-side reform in the process of building a new development pattern,lead and create new demand with supply-side reform,further stimulate the reform of supply structure,and promote high-quality development from both sides of supply and demand.
