基于GAM模型的CBA联赛管理系统运行困境与应对策略研究

Research on Operation Dilemma and Countermeasures of CBA's Management System Based on GAM Model

通过文献资料研究、德尔菲等方法对CBA联赛管理系统运行质量评价指标体系进行构建,并利用广义加性模型对CBA联赛管理系统主体复杂关系、运行效果进行实证研究。结果显示:管办分离后CBA联赛管理系统形成了全新的现代化企业管理模式,其运行质量不断提高,但还存在联盟管理者与俱乐部所属单位办赛目标动机冲突、俱乐部规模扩张造成的股权利益冲突、俱乐部独立造血功能不足、工资帽制度引起的联盟管理者与核心参与者(教练员、运动员)利益冲突等,使得CBA联赛运行艰难。建议相关主体应注重从中职篮所处外围环境、与其它系统之间以及内部主体之间的非线性关系去认识、分析问题,遵从诸多主体合作共赢的原则制定发展策略。

Through literature research,Delphi and other methods,this paper constructs the operation quality evalua-tion index system of the management system of the China Men's Basketball Professional League(CBA).It empirically studies the complex relationship and operation effect of CBA's management system using the generalized additive mod-el.The results show that after the separation of management and operation,CBA's management system has formed a new modern enterprise management mode,and its operation quality has been continuously improved.However,there are still conflicts between the goal motivation of League Managers and the affiliated units of the club,conflicts of equi-ty interests caused by the expansion of club scale,the insufficient independent hematopoietic function of the club,and conflicts of interests between league managers and core participants(coaches and athletes)caused by salary cap sys-tem,it makes the operation of CBA difficult.It is suggested that relevant subjects should pay attention to the under-standing and analysis of problems from the peripheral environment of the secondary vocational basketball team,the nonlinear relationship with other systems and internal subjects,and formulate development strategies by the principle of win-win cooperation among many subjects.
