低碳视角下福建省土地利用碳排放生态与经济耦合发展

Ecological and Economic Coupling Development of Carbon Emission from Land Use in Fujian Province from the Perspective of Low Carbon

摘要 以福建省为研究区域,基于武汉大学CLCD土地利用数据集,通过对福建省主要碳源、碳汇用地的碳排放(吸收)量测算,从碳排放经济贡献系数、生态承载系数以及两者之间的耦合关系进行分析,探索福建省土地利用碳排放量的空间分异,并以此为基础对福建省进行碳平衡分区及提出优化对策。结果表明:1)2010—2020年,福建省碳吸收量无明显变化,碳排放总量呈波动上升态势,总体呈现净碳源。从空间分布上来看,碳排放空间分布格局明显,总体呈现东高西低的特征。2)研究期间,碳收支基尼系数均大于0.4警戒线,碳收支分配区域差异较大。3)福建省碳排放生态承载存在明显空间差异,呈西高东低的特征,而碳排放经济贡献却不存在较为明显的空间差异,碳排放生态承载与经济贡献耦合协调度平均值逐渐降低。4)为了能更好地实现土地利用向低碳方向发展,将福建省9个设区市以碳排放生态承载和经济贡献为指标进行分区,并提出协同减排相应对策。 Taking Fujian Province as the research object,this research analyzed the carbon emission economic contribution coefficient,ecological carrying coefficient and the coupling relationships.Based on the CLCD land use data set of Wuhan University,this study calculated the carbon emission(absorption)of the main carbon source and carbon sink land in Fujian Province.Therefore,the spatial differentiation of the carbon emission of land use in Fujian Province was explored,so that the carbon balance zoning and optimization countermeasures can also be carried out.The results show that,1)during 2010—2020,there is no significant change in carbon absorption in Fujian Province.The total carbon emission shows a fluctuating upward trend,suggesting a net carbon source.From the perspective of spatial distribution,the spatial distribution pattern of carbon emissions is obvious,which is generally characterized by high in the east and low in the west.2)During the study period,the Gini coefficient of carbon budget is greater than 0.4 warning line,and the regional difference of carbon budget distribution is large.3)There are obvious spatial differences in the ecological carrying capacity of carbon emissions in Fujian Province,which is characterized by high in the west and low in the east.However,there is no obvious spatial difference in the economic contribution of carbon emissions,and the average value of the coupling coordination degree between the ecological carrying capacity of carbon emissions and the economic contribution gradually decreases.4)In order to better achieve the low-carbon development of land use,nine prefecture level cities in Fujian Province are divided into regions based on the ecological bearing and economic contribution of carbon emissions,and corresponding countermeasures for collaborative emission reduction are put forward.
