出租车司机交通环境意象认知及满意度评价——以泉州市为例

摘要 关注城市不同群体的流动性是人文地理学的研究热点。出租车司机对城市交通环境意象认知和满意度评价是在流动性视角下交通建成环境与居民需求感知关系的重要体现。研究以出租车司机为研究对象,采用行为地图认知分析及问卷调查方法,开展出租车司机对泉州市区交通环境意象要素(中心与节点、标志物、道路、区域和边界)认知特征及交通环境满意度评价研究。研究发现:1)出租车司机对泉州交通环境标志点的意象认知以旅游景点、城市标志建筑和交通枢纽点最强。如清源山、开元寺、西街和闽台缘博物馆等景区,钟楼、泉州动车站和客运中心站等城市标志建筑;浦西万达商圈、钟楼、清净寺等景区和学府路学校路段是意象认知最易拥堵节点;动车站和客运中心站、商圈停车场、丰泽街与西湖公园周边等路段是最易停车和最便利就餐的节点。2)出租车司机对4条交通路径便捷度意象认知差异较大,其中“江滨北路-坪山路”意象认知最高;其次是“站前大道-江滨北路”;九一路、宝洲路、泉秀路和学府路等意象认知最低。3)出租车司机日间/夜间候客意象认知的共同区域为交通枢纽区域、公园区域和商圈区域。4)出租车司机对交通环境评价以“一般”和“比较满意”居多,但对一些交通软硬环境也存在“比较不满意”和“非常不满意”。根据以上结论,本研究提出了相关的建议与对策。 Focusing on the mobility of different groups in cities is one of research hotspots in human geography.Taxi drivers cognition and satisfaction evaluation of the urban traffic environment image is a significant manifestation of the relationship between the built environment and residents cognitive demand from the perspective of mobility.This study attempts to take taxi drivers as the research object,based on behavioral map cognitive analysis and questionnaire survey to investigate taxi drivers cognitive characteristics of traffic environment image elements in Quanzhou urban area,as well as their evaluation of traffic environment satisfaction.The results show that,1)the traffic cognitive nodes of Quanzhou s traffic environment distribute in tourist attractions,urban landmark buildings,and transportation hubs,including Scenic areas such as Qingyuan Mountain,Kaiyuan Temple,West Street,and Fujian Taiwan Border Museum,and urban landmark buildings such as Bell Tower,Quanzhou high-speed train station,and passenger transportation centre station.The Wanda Business Center,Bell Tower,Qingjing Temple and other scenic spots;schools on Xuefu Road are the most congested nodes for image cognition.The most convenient nodes for parking and dining are presented by the dynamic station,passenger transportation center station,commercial district parking lot,Fengze Street and the surrounding of West Lake Park.2)The cognitive image of four traffic routes among taxi drivers in Quanzhou varied greatingly in four transportation routes,with the highest perception of the imagery being“Jiangbin North Road and Pingshan Road”.Then the next one is“Zhanqian Avenue and Jiangbin North Road”.The imagery cognition of Jiuyi Road,Baozhou Road,Quanxiu Road,and Xuefu Road is the lowest.3)The areas for taxi drivers to recognize the image of daytime/nighttime waiting are transportation hub areas,park areas,and commercial areas.4)Taxi drivers tend to evaluate the traffic environment as“average”and“relatively satisfied”,however there are also“relatively dissatisfied”and“very dissatisfied”with some soft and hard traffic environments.Last but not the least,relevant suggestions and countermeasures are proposed accordingly.
