器官移植受者新型冠状病毒感染诊治的研究进展

Research progress in diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 in organ transplant recipients

器官移植受者由于长期服用免疫抑制药,是重型或危重型新型冠状病毒感染的高危人群,重症率和病死率高于普通人群。探讨器官移植受者新型冠状病毒感染诊治进展对提高患者救治水平有重要意义。因此,该文就器官移植受者新型冠状病毒感染的流行病学、临床特点、防治措施等方面作一综述。

Due to long-term use of immunosuppressive drugs,organ transplant recipients are at high risk of serious or critical coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),and their incidence rate of severe cases and mortality rate are higher than those of a general population.It is of great significance to explore the research progress in diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 in organ transplant recipients for improving the rescue level of the patients.Therefore,this paper reviews the epidemiology,clinical characteristics,prevention and treatment measures of COVID-19 in organ transplant recipients.
