Spherical Ultra-high Molecular Weight Polyethylene Membrane Prepared by Thermal Induced Phase Separation Method

使用不同分子质量的UHMWPE原料和十氢萘,利用热致相分离(TIPS)法制备UHMWPE膜,得到新型“球状”结构形貌,并通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)和孔径分析仪等表征了UHMWPE膜的基本性能,并探索了其应用领域。

A new spherical structure ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)membrane was prepared via thermally induced phase separation(TIPS)method,using various UHMWPE powders with different molecular weights and solvent decalin.The properties of membrane were characterized using techniques including differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),atomic force microscopy(AFM)and capillary flow porometer,and its applications were explored.
