不同碳酸钙对PVC压延膜性能影响的对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 研究了2种干法球磨生产的超细重质碳酸钙(GY-716和GY-716A)和市面上聚氯乙烯(PVC)压延膜常用的3种碳酸钙产品(湿法超细钙、纳米碳酸钙(CCR-1)及轻质碳酸钙)的性能指标,并对比分析了5种碳酸钙对PVC压延膜白度、拉伸强度、耐热性能与遮盖性能的影响差异。结果表明:GY-716和GY-716A粒径和粒径分布小,吸油值与湿法超细钙大致相当,白度好;GY-716和GY-716A制备出的PVC压延膜白度和拉伸强度能够与市面上常用的湿法超细钙、纳米碳酸钙(CCR-1)及轻质碳酸钙匹配,甚至还有一定优势;GY-716和GY-716A制备出的PVC压延膜耐热性能比湿法超细钙、纳米碳酸钙(CCR-1)及轻质碳酸钙都要好,遮盖性能虽然低于湿法超细钙,但要优于纳米碳酸钙(CCR-1)和轻质碳酸钙,且GY-716A的遮盖性能接近湿法超细钙。 The properties of two types of ultra-fine ground calcium carbonate(GY-716 and GY-716A)produced by dry ball milling and three types of calcium carbonate products commonly used in polyvinyl chloride(PVC)calendering film(wet ultra-fine calcium,nano-calcium(CCR-1)and light calcium)were studied,the effects of five types of calcium carbonate on whiteness,tensile strength,heat resistance and covering power of PVC calendering film were compared and analyzed.The results show that GY-716 and GY-716A have small particle size and distribution,and their oil absorption value is roughly equivalent to that of wet ultrafine calcium,with good whiteness.The whiteness and tensile strength of PVC calendering films prepared by GY-716 and GY-716A can match with commonly used wet ultra-fine calcium,nano-calcium(CCR-1)and light calcium on the market,and even have certain advantages.The heat resistance of PVC calendering films prepared by GY-716 and GY-716A is better than that of wet ultra-fine calcium,nano calcium(CCR-1)and light calcium.Although its covering power is lower than that of wet ultra-fine calcium,it is better than that of nano calcium(CCR-1)and light calcium,and the covering power of GY-716A is close to that of wet ultra-fine calcium.
