习近平总书记强调“建设什么样的乡村、怎样建设乡村,是摆在我们面前的一个重要课题。”文章在深入学习领会习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中提出“建设宜居宜业和美乡村”新论断的基础上,深刻分析了宜居宜业和美乡村的新内涵,创新提出建设和睦共处、和衷共济、和谐共生、和洽共融、和合共赢“五和”,产业丰美、环境优美、乡风淳美、社会和美、生活甜美“五美”的宜居宜业和美乡村。并以安徽省为例,梳理分析了当前全省乡村建设发展的成效及存在的问题,聚焦“五和五美”,探索提出彰显徽风皖韵宜居宜业和美乡村的建设路径。

General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that"what kind of countryside to build,how to build the countryside,is an important issue before us."In the report of the 20th Party Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping made a new assertion of"building a livable,workable and beautiful countryside".In this paper,on the basis of in-depth study and understanding of the new assertion of"building livable,workable and beautiful countryside"made by General Secretary Xi Jinping in the report of the 20th Party Congress,we deeply analyze the new connotation of livable,workable and beautiful countryside,and innovatively propose to build the"five harmonies"ofliving in harmony,harmony and mutual assistance,harmonious coexistence,harmony and communion,win-win harmony,and the"five beauties"of industry harvests and beautiful mood,beautiful environment,pure and beautiful countryside,social harmony and beauty,sweet and beautifullife livable and workable and beautiful countryside.And take Anhui Province as an example,sorted out and analyzed the effectiveness and problems of the current rural construction and development in the province,focusing on the"Five Harmonies and Five Beauties",explore and put forward the construction path of livable and beautiful countryside with the Anhui style.
