赋能理论视域下农村女性参与乡风文明建设的机制研究——以颍上县村嫂理事会为例

Research on the Mechanism of Rural Women's Participation in the Construction of Rural Culture from the Perspective of Empowerment Theory:Take Yingshang County Village Women Council as an Example

乡风文明建设为农村女性参与乡村治理提供了重要机遇。文章以赋能理论视角,对农村女性参与乡风文明建设的赋能机制进行分析,发现经过结构赋能、心理赋能、能力赋能后的农村女性在文明乡风建设、社会参与等方面的能力有明显提高,推进乡风文明建设成效显著。据此认为,赋能农村女性既是对国家战略需求的有效回应和承接,又是提升农村女性自身价值的重要举措,使农村女性在实现自身价值的同时,也实现了其社会价值。

The construction of rural style civilization provides an important opportunity for rural women to participate in rural governance.According to the perspective of empowerment theory,this paper analyzes the empowerment mechanism of rural women's participation in the construction of rural civilization,and finds that after structural empowerment,psychological empowerment and ability empowerment,rural women's ability in the construction of rural civilization and social participation has been significantly improved,and remarkable results have been achieved in promoting the construction of rural civilization.Therefore,the article holds that empowering rural women is not only an effective response to national strategic needs,but also an important measure to enhance rural women's own value,so that rural women realize their own value and social value at the same time.
