区域农业规模经营的绿色技术溢出效应——以病虫害防治环节为例

Spillover effect of green technology on regional agricultural scale operation

规模农户与小农户并存的经营格局是当前乃至未来很长一段时间内普遍存在的现状,推动小农户采纳绿色施药技术对于有效促进农业减量化具有重要意义。文中基于江苏省565份农户调查数据,分析了区域内规模农户的发展对小农户病虫害防治环节的绿色技术溢出效应。结果表明:1)区域内规模农户的发展通过示范引领等可以有效提升周围小农户绿色技术采纳水平,表现出明显的技术溢出作用。2)区域内规模农户的发展对小农户病虫害服务外包具有促进作用,而服务外包在农业规模化经营影响小农户绿色技术采纳过程中具有显著的中介影响。

The coexistence of large-scale farmers and small-scale farmers is a common situation at present and will be for a long time in the future.Promoting the adoption of green pesticide application technology by small farmers is of great significance to effectively promote agricultural reduction.Based on 565 survey data of farmers in Jiangsu province,we analyze the green technology spillover effect of the development of large-scale farmers in the region on the prevention and control of diseases and pests in small scale farms.The results show that:1)The deveiopment of large-scale farmers in the region can effectively improve the green technology adoption level of the surrounding small farmers through demonstration and guidance,showing an obvious technology spillover effect.2)The development of large-scale farmers in the region can promote the service outsourcing adoption of small farmers'disease and pest control,and the service outsourcing has a significant intermediary effect in the process of large-scale agricultural operation affecting the adoption of green technology by small farmers.
