摘要
为研究可调静叶对多级压气机性能的影响,通过数值模拟和试验的方法,研究了静叶角度联调对压气机总性能和级间特性匹配的影响。结果表明:设计转速下,前面级可调叶片角度打开可以使得整台压气机流通能力增加,打开3°,流量增加约5%,效率降低0.5%~0.7%;关闭3°,流量减少约6%,但是效率提升约0.2%。多级轴流压气机角度联调主要改变了前面级的特性线,后面级特性线不发生变化,整机的流量增加,压比提高主要由前面级特性变化导致。随着角度逐渐打开,叶尖、叶中区域激波强度逐渐增强,叶中区域的激波位置由叶片前缘推到更上游位置。
The influence of variable stator vane angles on a multistage axial compressor has been investigated through experimental and numerical method.The results show that when the variable stator vane angles are opened at design speed,the mass flow is increased.The flow rate is increased by 5% and the efficiency is decreased by 0.5% if the variable stator vane angle is increased by 3°.The flow rate is decreased by 6% and the efficiency is increased by 0.2% if the variable stator vane angle is decreased by 3°.The variable stator vane angles could change the front stage's characteristic but could not change the rear's.The flow rate of the whole machine is increased,which is mainly caused by the change of the characteristics of the front's stage.When the angles gradually were opened,the intensity of the shock wave is increased,and the shock wave position is pushed to upstream from the blade front edge.
