“优师计划”背景下城乡教师发展共同体的建设路径 被引量:2

摘要 “优师计划”是乡村振兴背景下改善教师队伍质量、推动教育优质均衡发展的一项重要计划。教师发展共同体作为教师专业发展的新样态,不仅呈现出新的时代特征,而且对于推动城乡教育一体化,破解乡村教育发展难题等具有现实意义。结合“优师计划”工作要求,在厘清教师发展共同体概念的基础上,对城乡教师发展共同体的特征与价值意蕴进行探讨,以促进教师专业发展和助力乡村教育振兴为主要研究内容,提出构建多元的共同体组织体系、打造互惠共享的网络共同体平台、构建协同育人的师资培养体系等维度的城乡教师发展共同体建设路径,以切实推动“优师计划”的落实、扎实推进高质量乡村教师队伍建设。 The“Excellent Teacher Plan”is an important plan to improve the quality of teachers and promote the high-quality and balanced development of education under the background of rural revitalization.As a new form of teachers’professional development,the teacher development community not only presents the new characteristics of the times,but also has practical significance in promoting the integration of urban and rural education and solving the problems in rural education development.By combining the requirements of the“Excellent Teacher Plan”,the characteristics and value implication of urban and rural teachers’development community are discussed on the basis of clarifying the concept of teacher development community.By taking promoting teachers’professional development and promoting rural education revitalization as the main research content,the construction path of urban and rural teachers’development community is proposed on dimensions of constructing diverse community organization system,creating mutual beneficial and shared network community platform,building the teacher training system of collaborative education,so as to promote the implementation of the“Excellent Teacher Plan”and advance the high-quality rural teacher team construction.
