摘要
通过梳理OECD“强势开端”系列报告中有关家庭式托育工作人员从业标准制定的背景与内容,分析出以儿童为中心促进其全面发展的理念、构建托育工作人员的专业知识体系、按实践性技能要求选拔人员、强调工作人员联合各方的协同育人能力等重要经验。这些重要经验可为推进我国家庭式托育工作人员从业标准的制定提供若干启示:明确价值导向,坚持儿童利益最大化原则;立足本土需求,提升工作人员专业能力素养;设置适当门槛,重视工作人员实践经验。
By analyzing the background and content of the Starting Strong reports released by OECD on the development of qualification standards for family-based nursery staff,important experience is identified such as the concept of promoting children’s holistic development based on child-centeredness,the construction of a professional knowledge system for nursey staff,the selection of staff according to the requirements of practical skills,and the emphasis on the ability of staff to join forces with other parties to provide collaborative care.It provides insights for advancing the development of qualification standards for family-based nursery staff in China.It is necessary to be clearly value-oriented and adhere to the principle of maximizing the interests of children,be based on local needs and enhance the professional competencies of staff,and set appropriate thresholds and attach importance to the practical experience of staff.
