摘要
SLM技术加工弧形截面薄壁结构有巨大优势,可以避免振动等因素影响零件的成形质量及力学性能。为验证截面设计的正确性,采用试验和数值模拟结合的方法对SLM成形的弧形截面薄壁结构进行分析。结果表明:弧形截面薄壁的结构圆心角度最优解为90°,壁厚1 mm的弧形截面薄壁结构试件能承受轴向压力30 000 N,相较于壁厚1 mm的直薄壁结构提升了36%,且在弹性阶段之后试件没有发生突然断裂破坏。研究结果对弧形截面薄壁结构设计有指导意义。
SLM technology has great advantages in processing thin-walled structures with arc-shaped section,which can avoid influence on the forming quality and mechanical properties of structures caused by factors such as vibration.To verify the correctness of arc-shaped section design,a combination of experiment and numerical simulation methods is used to analyze the thin-walled structures with arc-shaped section formed by SLM.The results show that the optimal solution of the center angle is 90°,the arc-shaped section and thin-walled structures specimen with a wall thickness of 1mm can withstand an axial pressure of 30 000 N,which is 36% higher than that of the straight thin-walled structure with a wall thickness of 1 mm.The specimen does not break suddenly after the elastic stage,which has guiding significance in the design of thin-walled structures with arc-shaped section.
