基于Python和Abaqus的波纹管力学性能分析软件开发

摘要 为提高波纹管力学性能计算结果的准确度,减少误差,提高波纹管应力计算效率,利用Python语言和Abaqus软件研发一款应用于无加强U形波纹管的力学性能分析软件。该软件可以通过接口打开Matlab实现对波纹管的各类应力的常规公式计算;通过Abaqus软件自带的二次开发接口,创建内置插件程序,实现了参数化建模和自动提取数据等功能。校验公式齐全,界面友好,有效避免了人工计算过程中出现各种错误,节约时间,保证了结果的可靠性和准确性。 To improve the accuracy of calculating mechanical performance of bellows,reduce errors,and improve the efficiency of calculating bellows various stresses,a mechanical performance analysis software for unreinforced U-shaped bellows is developed using Python and Abaqus.The software can open Matlab through an interface to realize conventional formula calculations for various stresses in bellows.Through the built-in secondary development interface of Abaqus software,a built-in plugins program is created,achieving functions such as parameterized modeling and automatic extraction data.The software,verification formula is complete and the interface is friendly,effectively avoiding various errors during manual calculation,besides,it can save time and ensure the reliability and accuracy of the results.
