数字经济、产业结构优化与海洋经济绿色效率——基于我国沿海省市的实证检验

Digital Economy,Industrial Structure Optimization,and Green Efficiency of the Marine Economy:An Empirical Test of China’s Coastal Provinces and Principalities

基于新增长理论和可持续发展理论等,剖析了数字经济和海洋产业结构优化对其绿色效率的影响机理,采用2007-2016年数据,分别测量了我国沿海省市的数字经济发展水平和海洋经济绿色效率,构建中介效应模型和面板门槛模型进行实证。研究发现:数字经济有利于海洋经济绿色效率优化;产业结构转型具有正向中介作用;数字经济对海洋经济绿色效率有非线性的正效应;数字经济对海洋经济绿色效率的影响有区域异质性。

Based on the new growth theory and the sustainable development theory,the impact of the digital economy and the optimization of the marine industrial structure on the green efficiency was analyzed,and by using the data between 2007 to 2016,the development level of digital economy and the green efficiency of the marine economy in coastal provinces and principalities were measured,and a mediating effect model and a panel threshold model were constructed for empirical analysis.The results show that the digital economy has significantly improved the green efficiency of the marine economy;the transformation of industrial structure has a positive intermediary effect;the digital economy has a non-linear effect on improving the green efficiency of the marine economy;there is regional heterogeneity in the impact of digital economy on the green efficiency of the marine economy.
