SiC器件高频化对机车电传动的影响研究

Research on effect of high frequency Sic devices on locomotive electric drive

摘要 SiC器件在未来机车上应用前景很广阔,深入分析了SiC器件在提高开关频率后对机车电传动各部件造成的影响,并给出了SiC器件对电机绝缘带来风险的应对措施,为后续SiC器件在机车上实际应用提供一些参考。 The SiC devices will be used widely in future locomotives.The paper analyzes the effect of SiC devices on the components of locomotive electric drive after increasing the switching frequency,and proposes the measures to the risks of motor insulation from SiC devices,providing some reference for the practical application of SiC devices in locomotives in the future.
