摘要 研究了硫化工艺对过氧化物硫化三元乙丙橡胶性能的影响。结果表明:随着硫化温度的升高,T5、T10和T90快速减小,硫化速度增大;胶料的拉伸强度、定伸应力明显增强,拉断伸长率减小,压缩永久变形逐渐减少,二次硫化改善了硫化胶的压缩永久变形;升高温度缩短时间的硫化工艺,可以达到与低温长时间加二次硫化工艺相同的压缩永久变形性能,从而实现提高生产效率。 The effect of curing process on the properties of peroxide vulcanization EPDM was studied.The results showed that with the increase of vulcanization temperature,T5,T10and T90decreased rapidly,and the vulcanization rate increased,the tensile strength and modulus increased obviously,and the elongation at break was decreased,the compression set of the compound gradually decreased,and the compression set of the compound was improved after post curing.The curing process with higher temperature and shorter time could achieve the same compression set as the low temperature and long time plus post curing,so as to improve production efficiency.
