摘要
针对某型飞机玻璃密封件易老化现状,设计热氧老化试验对比方案,比较了天然橡胶、丁腈橡胶、氯丁橡胶、乙丙橡胶4类12种胶料热氧老化前后的力学性能变化,开展了材料替代的工艺研究,确定了替代材料;并根据产品特点,进行了模具设计与工艺方法的完善,制成样件。结果表明,所研制样件装机后使用情况良好,耐热氧老化性能得到了提高。
For the aging status of a certain type of aircraft glass seals,a thermal oxygen aging test comparison plan was designed.The mechanical properties of 12types of compound,including natural rubber,nitrile rubber,chloroprene rubber,and ethylene propylene rubber,were compared before and after thermal oxygen aging.Process research on material substitution was carried out,and alternative materials were determined;Based on the product characteristics,the mold design and process methods were improved,and samples were producted.The results showed that the developed sample was in good condition after installation,and its heat resistance and oxygen aging performance were improved.
