摘要
通过高温加速老化试验方法对柴油机冷却水回路用膨胀节的内层胶丁腈橡胶、外层胶氯丁橡胶、膨胀节产品进行了寿命评估和性能预测,并与使用了4年的内层胶为丁腈橡胶、外层胶为氯丁橡胶的膨胀节产品的性能进行了对比。结果表明,高温加速老化试验方法的预测结果与实际使用后的性能变化基本一致。
The life evaluation and performance prediction of the inner layer rubber nitrile rubber,outer layer rubber neoprene and expansion joint products of the expansion joint used in the cooling water circuit of diesel engine were carried out by the high temperature accelerated aging test method,and the performance was compared with that of the expansion joint products with the inner layer rubber of nitrile rubber and the outer layer rubber of neoprene used for 4years.The results showed that the predicted results of the high-temperature accelerated aging test method were basically consistent with the actual performance changes.
