流程改进对胸痛中心救治急性心肌梗死患者的影响

Influence of Process Improvement on the Treatment of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction in a Chest Pain Center

目的 探讨流程改进对胸痛中心救治急性心肌梗死患者的影响。方法 选取我院急诊科2020年1月至2022年2月收治的急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者89例。在2021年2月实施AMI急救护理流程改进,将此前纳入的44例患者设为对照组,将流程改进后的45例患者作为观察组。对照组采用传统救护流程,观察组采用流程改进后的救护流程。比较两组患者的各项抢救时间及患者对急救护理流程的满意度。结果 观察组首份心电图时间、首次医疗接触至建立静脉通路时间、CTnI化验时间、首次医疗接触至用上心梗一包药时间、入院至球囊扩张时间、急诊停留时间、分诊评估时间均短于对照组(均P <0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 AMI急救护理流程改进后的护理方法能够明显缩短急救各个时间节点所用时间,提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the influence of process improvement on the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) in chest pain center.Methods The 89 AMI patients admitted to department of emergency of our hospital from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected.The AMI emergency nursing process improvement was implemented in February 2021,with 44 patients included before process improvement as the control group and 45 patients after process improvement as the observation group.The control group received traditional nursing methods,while the observation group received improved nursing methods.The rescue time and the patients' satisfaction with emergency nursing process were compared between the two groups.Results The time of the first ECG,the time from the first medical contact to the establishment of venous access,the time of CTnI assay,the time from the first medical contact to myocardial infarctionpack of medicine,the time from admission to balloon dilation,the time of emergency stay and the time of triage evaluation in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The improved nursing method can obviously shorten all kinds of time delay during rescue process and improve patients' satisfaction.
