中医箍灸联合中医推拿对腰椎间盘病突出症患者的护理效果观察

Observation on the Nursing Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Moxibustion combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Massage on Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的 探究中医箍灸联合中医推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的护理效果。方法 纳入厦门大学附属龙岩中医院就诊的腰椎间盘突出症患者60例为研究对象,时间为2022年1月1日至2023年12月30日。采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。两组患者均行常规保守治疗、常规护理及中医推拿干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合中医箍灸治疗。两组患者连续治疗护理干预一周。测评两组患者干预前、后中医证候评分、腰椎功能评分(JOA)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能阻碍指数问卷表(ODI)指标,进行组间及组内比较;评估两组患者临床疗效并行组间比较。结果 两组患者完成1周治疗后的临床疗效比较,观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05);中医证候评分比较:两组患者干预前腰突主要症状腰酸腿痛、局部压痛、腰部板硬、活动不利评分组间差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),干预后两组患者上述评分均较干预前下降,且观察组均低于对照组(均P <0.05);两组患者干预前VAS、ODI、JOA评分组间比较无差异(P> 0.05),干预后两组患者ODI评分较干预前下降,且观察组低于对照组,两组患者JOA、VAS评分均较干预前上升,且观察组高于对照组(均P <0.05)。结论 中医箍灸联合中医推拿可有效促进腰椎间盘突出症患者临床症状及体征改善,综合提升临床治疗效率,箍灸治疗是腰椎间盘突出症患者综合治疗的有效补充方法。

Objective To investigate the nursing effect of Chinese hooping and moxibustion combined with Chinese acupressure in the treatment of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods A total of 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation from January 1,2022 to December 30,2023 in our hospital were enrolled in the study.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random digital table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received routine Conservative management.Both groups received routine nursing care and traditional Chinese massage intervention,while the observation group received traditional Chinese acupuncture combined with massage.Two groups underwent continuous treatment and nursing for one week.Evaluate the TCM syndrome score,JOA,VAS,and ODI indicators of two groups before and after intervention,compare them between and within groups;evaluate the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results Clinical efficacy:After one week of treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);Comparison of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Scores:Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the main symptoms of lumbar protrusion,such as low back soreness,leg pain,local tenderness,and lumbar stiffness scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the above scores of the two groups decreased compared to before intervention,and the observation group were lower than the control group(all P<0.05);Comparison of lumbar protrusion signs and lumbar functional indicators:There was no statistically significant difference in VAS,ODI,and JOA scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the ODI scores of the two groups decreased compared to before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group patients.The JOA,VAS score of the two groups increased compared to before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group patients(all P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of traditional Chinese medicine hoop moxibustion and massage can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with lumbar disc herniation,and comprehensively improve the clinical treatment efficacy.It is an effective complementary means of comprehensive treatment in patients with lumbar disc herniation.
