专项综合护理干预对新生儿肠造口术后并发症及家属护理技能的影响

The Impact of Specialized Comprehensive Nursing on Postoperative Complications of Neonatal Enterostomy and Nursing Skills of Family Members

目的 分析专项综合护理干预对于新生儿肠道造口术后并发症、家属护理技能的影响。方法选取本院2021年1月至2022年12月期间行新生儿肠造口术治疗的80例患儿。将2022年1月开始应用专项综合护理干预的患儿设为观察组,将之前采用常规护理干预的患儿设为对照组,每组各40例。研究分析两种护理模式对患儿术后并发症及家属护理技能的临床应用效果。结果 观察组患儿干预后并发症发生率低于对照组,首个造口袋应用时间迟于对照组,且观察组患儿家属对护理的满意度高于对照组(均P <0.05)。观察组患儿家属更换更换造口袋时间及对护理操作的掌握度高于对照组(均P <0.05)。结论 对新生儿肠造口术患儿实施疾病专项综合护理干预,能够降低患儿术后并发症发生率,延长首个造口袋应用时间,提高家属对护理技能的掌握度,缩短更换造口袋时间,也提升了家属对护理的满意度。

Objective To analyze the impact of specialized comprehensive nursing on postoperative complications of neonatal enterostomy and nursing skills of family members.Methods A total of 80 cases of children who underwent neonatal enterostomy treatment from January 2021to December 2022 in our hospital were selected.The children who began to apply specialized comprehensive nursing in January 2022 were set as the observation group,and the children who previously used conventional nursing intervention were set as the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The clinical application effect of the two nursing modes on the children's postoperative complications and family nursing skills were analyzed.Results The complication rate of children in the observation group was lower than that of the control group after the intervention,the time of the first ostomy bag was later than that of the control group,and the families in the observation group were more satisfied with the nursing care than that of the control group(all P<0.05).The families in the observation group changed the time of replacing the stoma bag and their mastery of nursing skills was higher than that of the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of disease specialized comprehensive nursing for children with neonatal enterostomy can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in children,prolong the time of applying the first stoma bag,improve the family's mastery of nursing skills,shorten the time of the families replacing the stoma bag,and also improve the family's satisfaction with nursing care.
