摘要
分布式光伏是构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统的重要电源之一,分布式光伏的迅猛发展给配电网的接入与消纳带来了严峻挑战。配电网台区作为分布式光伏最广泛的接入点,面临着巨大接入压力。基于分布式光伏接入台区探讨了台区可开放容量测算方法。首先分析了光伏出力和负荷的耦合特性,提出典型台区的耦合评价系数;然后基于电压约束、配电变压器经济负载分析了台区的分布式光伏可开放容量,最后进行了分布式光伏接入后的台区安全性校验。为配电网的规划、建设和运行以及分布式光伏的有序开发提供参考和依据,对新型电力系统的建设具有重要意义。
Distributed photovoltaic(PV)is one of the important power sources to build a new power system with new energy as the main body.The rapid development of distributed PV has brought severe challenges to the access and consumption of the distribution network.As the most extensive access point of distributed PV,the distributor transformer faces great access pressure.This paper discusses the method of calculating the open capacity of distributed photovoltaic access distributor transformer.Firstly,the coupling characteristics of photovoltaic output and load are analyzed,and the coupling evaluation coefficient of typical electricity transformer is proposed.Then,based on the voltage constraint and the economic load of the distributed PV distribution,the open capacity of the distributed PV distribution was analyzed,and the security of the distributed PV distribution was verified.It will provide reference and basis for the planning,construction and operation of distribution network and the orderly development of distributed photovoltaic,which is of great significance for the construction of new power system.
