饮食对变应性疾病的影响

The influence of dietary on allergic disease

摘要 变应性疾病是各年龄段常见病之一,而饮食因素对变应性疾病有重要影响,在变应性疾病发病率增加的今天,如何应对变应性疾病是全社会普遍关心的问题。论文从母亲妊娠期、婴幼儿期、学龄前期和学龄期、青春期及成年期四个阶段分析饮食因素对变应性疾病的影响,发现饮食因素对变应性疾病发病影响是复杂的,背后还受遗传、地域等因素的影响,由此建议结合年龄、地域和遗传因素,选择适合个体的饮食模式。 Allergic disease is a common condition that affects all age groups and dietary factors have a significant impact on allergic disease.The incidence of allergic disease is increasing,which makes the management of this disease a concern for the global community.This study aimed to analyze the influence of dietary factors on allergic disease.We examined four populations of interest:pregnant persons;infants;pre-school children and school age children;adolescents and adults.The study findings suggest that the influence of dietary factors on the incidence of allergic disease is complex and is affected by genetic and regional factors.Therefore,we recommend selecting an appropriate diet based on age,geographical,and genetic factors.
