Numerical simulation and experimental analysis of corner box structure optimization

摘要 针对现在混流式谷物干燥机干燥不均匀,干燥后品质差现象,采用CFD技术,根据设计方案构建不同的烘干段模型,将不同的模型进行网格划分,导入Fluent仿真软件中进行仿真分析。结果显示,原模型的压力、温度和风速不均匀系数分别是3.09%,7.38%,51.59%,通过对模型的优化和设计后得到的新模型的压力、温度和风速不均匀系数分别是3.78%,8.18%,47.47%。新模型在烘干段内流场分布更加均匀,干燥死角更少,提高粮食干燥后的品质,并通过试验验证模拟的准确性。研究为类似的结构优化和设计提供参考依据。 For the phenomenon of the uneven drying of the current Francis grain dryer and the poor quality after drying,CFD technology was used to construct different models of drying sections according to the design scheme,and the different models were meshed and imported into Fluent simulation software for simulation analysis.Through the simulation results,it can be seen that the pressure,temperature,and wind speed uniformity coefficients of the original model are 3.09%,7.38%and,51.59%,respectively,and the pressure,temperature,and wind speed uniformity coefficients of the new model obtained after the optimization and design of the model are 3.78%,8.18%,and 47.47%,respectively.The new model has more uniform flow field distribution and fewer drying dead zones in the drying section,thereby improving the quality of grain after drying in the dryer,and verifying the accuracy of the simulation through experiments.The study provides a reference for optimization and design of similar structures.
