同轴变速三螺杆挤出机的三维流场分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对传统三螺杆挤出机物料混合能力差的问题,设计一种新型同轴变速三螺杆挤出机。采用Solid Works建模,ANSYS有限元分析方法对三螺杆挤出机流道进行仿真分析。结果显示,新型同轴变速三螺杆挤出机的压力是传统三螺杆的1.5倍,变速段螺杆速度矢量为传统螺杆的0.5倍,物料的运输时间是传统三螺杆的1.2倍。新型同轴变速三螺杆的建压能力增强,带有行星轮元件的变速段螺杆可以使物料减速并且回流,延长物料停留时间,提高物料的混合均匀性。研究为三螺杆挤出机的优化提供理论依据。 For the problem of poor material mixing ability of traditional three-screw extruder,a new coaxial variable speed three-screw extruder was designed.Using SolidWorks modeling,ANSYS finite element analysis method was used to simulate and analyze the flow channel of the three-screw extruder.The results show that the pressure of the new coaxial variable speed three-screw extruder is 1.5 times of the traditional three-screw extruder,the speed vector of the variable speed section of the screw is 0.5 time of the original screw,and the material transportation time is 1.2 times of the traditional three-screw extruder.The pressure building capacity of the new triaxial variable speed screw is enhanced,and the variable speed screw with planetary wheel element can slow down and return the material,prolong the material residence time,and improve the mixing uniformity of the material.The research provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of three-screw extruder.
